Paul can be described as optimistic, energetic and compassionate. He is a master stylist with over twenty five years experience who truly has a passion for the business. His craft and skill have been polished by training with the top industry leaders represented by Vidal Sasson, Zexon of London, and many others.

He has spent time traveling the US conducting classes and seminars for L'oreal Kerastase to pass on the incredible knowledge with other stylist. Paul believes that a talent that is not shared is not truly a talent.

With many successful salons in the Palm Beaches in the last twenty five years his current salon has been named FIRST CLASS by the American Salon magazine August 2011!

Michael, has been creating unique hair designs with a modern edge for over 40 years. Michael began his career in South Jersey where he
owned 3 upscale and exclusive salons in the Voorhees Cherry Hill area just outside of Philadelphia.
While he was growing his business's, he also enhanced his skills with ongoing education with Sassoon and a Regional performing Artist for Redken. In addition, Michael is a certified educator for Diora Keratherapy, was an educator with great Lengths for 16 years and for the past 7 years been an educator for South Florida based Thicken - It hair extensions.
Michael moved to South Florida in 2016, where he continues to enhance his skills in color, highlights, and Ombré - Balayage techniques. Michael has the skill and experience to give you the look you've always dreamed of.

Marlene has worked as a stylist for 10 years, eight of which were spent at Paul James Salon. She has extensive knowledge in all areas of hair care, including corrective color, hair coloring, keratin treatments, haircuts for both men and women, and updos for special events. Marlene is deeply passionate about her work and is committed to providing excellent service to her clients.

With a wealth of experience spanning three decades, Lucas has made a name for himself by creating unique hair designs with a modern flair. He kickstarted his career at the renowned A.K.S. Salon in Midtown Manhattan after graduating from the prestigious Long Island Beauty School. There, he honed his craft as a stylist catering to NYC's elite clientele and discovered his passion and expertise as a master colorist.
In 2008, Lucas relocated to South Florida, where he continued to refine his skills in color, highlights, and the latest Ombré-Balayage techniques. Lucas possesses the artistry and know-how to bring your hair visions to life, leaving you with a look that you've always dreamed of.
